  My grandmother passed away in December 2009 and my father paid all the funeral expenses which was supposed to include having the monument company engrave the date of her death on the tombstone. To this day (2015) the date is still not on her grave. We live out of state and have visited the cemetery every year since. We have made several attempts to contact the funeral home and monument company. We spoke to two people in person at the funeral home and they assured us that this would be taken care of and that was three years ago. Bad business, especially during such a tough time in someone's life.
